RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please complete the form below to notify us of your intended return/exchange. Please print this form and include it with your return parcel. We accept returns/exchanges in line with our Terms and Conditions.

You may return non-sale merchandise provided it is undamaged, in its original, undamaged packaging, and with proof of purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date for a full refund or credit. No shipping costs will be refunded and goods must be returned to our warehouse in Tauranga at your own expense.

If we have made an error or if the product is defective, please contact us to arrange a return courier label, which will be provided at our expense.

All sale and special order products are final and no refunds or credits are available. This includes special orders of non-stock items/colours.
